Welcome to Outlet Bed Story. By accessing or purchasing from our store (online or in person), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

  • Shipping is available to the continental U.S. (Lower 48 states) only.

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Defective or damaged items (DOA) are eligible for a full refund or replacement, with no restocking fee.

  • Unopened, unused items may be returned with a restocking fee.

  • Used or opened products are not eligible for return unless proven defective upon arrival.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

3. Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

4. Limitation of Liability

Outlet Bed Story is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our products beyond the purchase price. All products are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those provided by law or the manufacturer.

We respect your privacy. We do not collect or store any personal data outside of what is required to fulfill your order via Amazon or other marketplaces. We do not sell or share customer information.
